  • Can I still change or cancel my order?
    Unfortunately, an order can no longer be changed or cancelled after it has been confirmed.
  • How long does delivery take after purchase?
    Once our products leave our company, you will be provided with a tracking number. After that, the product will be at your home in about 2 to 6 working days.
  • What are the washing instructions ?
    To guarantee the longevity of our products, it is important that our products are not washed in the washing machine, they should be washed by hand.
  • Who pays for my return?
    When you return a product, the costs are for your own account. The reason we chose to do this, is that we care about the environment. We do not encourage people to buy and return our products, without being sure of it.
  • How do I order a Cozy Blanket?

  • What are the shipping costs?
    All our Costumers benefit from our free shipping over 60 Euro. So you can sit back and relax.
  • Where can I enter a discount code?
    In your Shopping Cart there is a section called "Enter discount code".
  • What is included in my package/delivery?
    Your delivery includes all the items you need to get your CozyBlanket running. This includes: - The product of your choice - Charger - Manual
  • What payment methods are available?
    Currently you can pay with credit card. We are in the process of preparing Paypal at the moment.
  • Are the CozyBlanket safe to use?
    Yes, our products are safe to use (also for pets). We take your safety seriously. That is why every product is equipped with an overheating protection thermostat.
  • I’m having trouble with my payment. What should I do?
    Here are a couple of tips that may help: - Create a CozyBlanket account. - Try ordering via a computer or laptop, and not a phone Still no luck? Reorder your product.
  • What is the return period?
    You can return your product within one week of receiving it if it is not opened.
  • Where do we stock our products?
    We stock our products in Germany, so you will not wait a long time for your package.
  • The product I want to buy is not in stock, when will it be back in stock?
    Sorry about that. If the product you are interested in is not in stock at the moment, you can sign up to receive an email alert through our webshop.
